snowed in, flickr-ed up

Today we're having record snowfall. It's really piling up outside, probably a foot or more of the stuff by now. It's quite beautiful and just plain fun to be out in. As always when it snows, and particularly with the lovely powdery stuff we have today, it sets me to thinking of snowboarding...

But actually what I wanted to mention is that with all the snow it's hard to get out, and one of the cosy-at-home activities I came up with has been to fiddle with my photos. I've decided to take the plunge and start publishing my pics on Flickr - for friends and family at least. I've come to the conclusion that no-one looks at my MobileMe photo stream, and Flickr is just the standard that everyone understands.
